Why Your Ideas Matter to Us
As the newly elected Assemblymember representing the North Bay, I want to elevate the voices of our community members and bring the ideas of AD12’s residents up to Sacramento. North Bay residents are passionate, engaged, and involved in their local communities - that’s why I want to hear from you about your ideas for potential legislation that addresses the issues most important to Marin and Sonoma County.

Proposals can include ideas for local community improvements, statewide reform, existing laws revisions, new policies, budget requests and funding proposals, and more. To apply, fill out the form below and submit your proposals by January 22. This contest is open to all AD12 residents. If selected as a semi-finalist, we will reach out to you by email regarding the next steps.

Contest winners are invited to Sacramento for a tour of the State Capitol and may even have an opportunity to testify on behalf of their bill at a formal hearing. But the real prize is knowing that your idea has the potential to become law across California!
